Inanna is an ancient Mesopotamian goddess associated with love, beauty, justice and political power.
A strong symbol for this curvy Stacking Vessel which becomes a vase and little wooden bowl once unstacked.
Dimensions: H. 22cm dia. 14.5cm
Dimensions are approximate, due to the handmade nature of the materials
Handmade in Europe, by individual craftsmen: handblown glass (Czech Republic), hand turned wood (Finland). The materials then come to our warehouse in North Germany where they are fitted and assembled.
Craft Challenge: the scale vs. the use of mixed materials. The bulbous mouth blown glass body thinning into a narrow neck requires expertly wood turning skills to maintain the flow of the piece.
